About Us
Pinnacle Bikes began nearly 20 years ago as Bay Road Bikes in South Hamilton. With its most recent move to Beverly, the shop has changed its name to Pinnacle Bikes, but retains its legendary commitment to its customers. And it is still owned and managed by former U.S. national cyclocross team mechanic Stu Thorne. Stu is too modest to let us talk any more about him here; but with several decades of experience wrenching at the top levels of the sport, we think he's worth keeping around.
But gear and the technical side are only part of the Pinnacle Bikes equation. With a true commitment to serving customers of all kinds - from first-timers and families just looking for a little exercise to world class triathletes, road racers and mountain bikers.
